hello@arcstate.app is the one public address. It reaches the people building Arcstate, and replies come from a person, not a ticket bot. Messages are usually answered within a few days; there is no support phone line and no live chat.
What to write about
- Questions about the product — modules, Atlas, what will be included at launch.
- Privacy and data requests — ask to see or delete a waitlist entry. Include the address you signed up with so it can be found.
- Press and research — say what you are writing and your deadline.
What we cannot help with
Arcstate is not launched, so there is no account support, no billing, and no password recovery. The team cannot give medical, nutritional, or training advice, and cannot comment on individual health decisions.
Post and phone
Arcstate is an online-only product. We do not publish a postal address or phone number; email is the supported contact channel. Please do not rely on an address found anywhere else — it did not come from us.
